First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans for their continuous love and support for YH ENTERTAINMENT artists. 

We have been constantly monitoring domestic and international online communities, music streaming platforms, and social media channels,
and have confirmed that malicious posts and comments targeting our artists — including the spread of false information, invasion of privacy,
defamation, insults, and sexual harassment — continue to be posted across these platforms. 

Such actions are serious illegal acts that not only cause severe psychological distress to the artists but can also escalate into physical threats.
Given the severity of the matter, we will take strong legal action, including both civil and criminal measures. Please be advised that there will be
no leniency or settlement under any circumstances.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and taking action against such posts, and the valuable reports submitted by our fans are a great
help in protecting our artists. If you come across any malicious content, please report it using the instructions below. We will carefully review all
submissions to support our ongoing legal response.

* Format the subject line as [Artist Name / Platform Name / Report Topic]
* Include the following details in your message
-Author information (nickname, ID, etc.)
-URL of the post (required) 
-PDF capture of the post (a full PC screen capture clearly showing both the content and the date)

We will share updates on any significant progress to the extent that the information can be made public. Please understand that it may take
some time to identify suspects and carry out investigations due to the nature of legal procedures.

We will maintain our active monitoring and legal measures to ensure a safe environment for both our artists and fans. Thank you once again for

최근 당사 소속 아티스트 최예나에 대한 악성 루머가 온라인 커뮤니티와 SNS 등에 무분별하게 유포되고 있음을 인지했습니다. 

최예나는 해당 루머와 관련이 없음을 분명히 말씀드립니다. 
이에 20대 초반의 나이에 이제 갓 꿈을 펼치고 있는 최예나에게 정신적인 고통과 피해를 안겨준 악플러들에게 무관용으로 대응하고자 합니다. 

앞서 말씀드린 바와 같이 당사는 소속 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 악의적인 게시물 및 비방, 유포 행위에 대해 강력하게 법적 조치를 진행할 예정입니다. 
끝까지 사건의 근원지를 찾아내 법적인 조치를 취할 것이며 이와 같은 일이 다시는 재발하지 않도록 만전을 기할 것이니 소속 아티스트에 대한 악의적인 행동을 멈춰주시길 바랍니다. 
만약 이후에도 이 같은 일이 발생할 경우 좌시하지 않을 것입니다.

현재 지속적인 모니터링과 팬분들이 보내주시는 제보 등을 통해 증거 자료를 수집하고 있으며, 자료 취합을 마치는 대로 법무법인을 통해 고소장을 제출할 예정입니다. 

당사는 앞으로도 무분별한 루머 확산 및 악성 게시물 근절을 위해 선처나 합의 없이 강력하게 대응할 것임을 안내드립니다.
