주식회사 와이에이치엔터테인먼트(이하 ‘회사’)는 개인정보 보호법 등 관계 법령에 따라 오디션 지원 업무 처리를 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

지원자는 이에 동의하지 않을 수 있으나, 동의하지 않을 경우 오디션 지원 접수가 불가능합니다. 지원자는 회사가 아래의 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 것에 동의합니다.

수집·이용 목적

오디션 지원자 본인 확인, 지원자 관리 및 오디션 절차 진행

수집 항목

이름, 성별, 생년월일, 국적, 이메일, 연락처, 키, 몸무게, 혈액형, SNS 주소

보유 및 이용 기간

본 동의서 제출일로부터 2년 또는 지원자가 동의를 철회한 날까지 (단, 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.)

지원자는 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 거부할 권리가 있습니다. 다만, 필수 항목에 대한 동의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 오디션 지원 및 절차 진행이 제한될 수 있습니다.

YH Entertainment Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects and uses personal information for the purpose of processing audition applications in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, as outlined below.

Applicants have the right to refuse consent; however, if consent is not provided, submission of an audition application will not be possible. By applying, the applicant agrees to the Company’s collection and use of the personal information described below.

Purpose of Collection and Use

Verification of the applicant’s identity, applicant management, and operation of the audition process

Items Collected

Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, contact information, height, weight, blood type, and SNS account URLs

Retention and Use Period

From the date this consent is submitted until two (2) years thereafter, or until the applicant withdraws consent (However, certain information may be retained for a longer period if required by applicable laws and regulations.)

Applicants have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, if consent to the required items is not provided, audition application submission and related procedures may be restricted.
